Our Maths test is used by clients to establish whether or not your Maths knowledge is at the level required for you to be successful in your pilot training. The practice test enables you to see what sort of questions you are likely to be asked during your actual pilot aptitude tests reducing any test anxiety you may have and allowing you to see any areas that may require further revision, allowing you to perform to the best of your ability on the day.
This test is of an academic nature, examining your level of maths knowledge. The practice test is made up of 20 questions that are divided into different levels of difficulty: Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced. It assesses your ability to apply mathematical knowledge, formulae and calculations.
You will receive five attempts at the Maths Practice Test which features 20 multiple choice questions. The test has a time limit of 30 minutes. All five attempts will feature the same questions. After purchasing you will have 3 months to complete all five attempts of your practice test.
You will receive a report detailing how you have done on the test upon completion of each attempt. The report will include revision guidance personalised to you.
This is a knowledge test and is designed to provide a report of your knowledge strengths and weaknesses using a fixed set of practice questions. This means each time you take the test, you will be presented with the same question paper. You have three months to take the tests so plenty of time for revision in between test attempts. This will allow you to focus your efforts on any weaker areas, refining your ability each time.
Once you have completed the secure online payment through Worldpay or Paypal, you will get instant access to your licence codes on the confirmation page.
The assessment is accessed by redeeming the licence code on our ADAPT platform. Simply login or register an account at https://adapt2.symbioticsltd.co.uk/login
The test can then be taken through the ADAPT platform. Once the test is completed, a report containing the results and how to interpret them will become available as a PDF download.
The results of this test are provided as a score, which fits within a colour banding for easy identification of level. This will include some revision guidance notes to allow you to focus on any areas of weakness.
View a Sample ReportThe pilot aptitude testing process is a very important element in Airlines and Aviation Training Organisations assessment and selection process for new cadets, helping them to predict how successful you are likely to be on the training and ultimately in your career as a pilot.
