Symbiotics are growing our team of Psychologists at our Worcester Head Office and we are currently looking for the following positions:
This is a full-time position supporting the development of our psychology team and the growth of our assessment and selection business.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team and deliver accurate and timely results, even when working under pressure. You will be a clear communicator with an analytical approach and the ability to interpret complex and detailed data, with good IT skills and technical expertise. Adherence to the BPS Code of Ethics and Conduct is essential at all times.
Joining our team will allow you to apply your knowledge of occupational psychology to assist in providing design and delivery of our solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of our ADAPT suite of Assessment, Development & Performance Testing tools and conduct interviews to support this, primarily across aviation and the bluelight services. You will also help deliver value-add services to our clients including role profiling and competency analysis as required.

This full-time position within our team is vital to supporting the development of our psychology team, with mentoring of team members and associates a key part of your responsibilities. Applicants must hold chartered status and be HCPC registered.
This role requires you to be analytically minded with the ability to interpret complex and detailed data whilst delivering accurate and timely results across a range of assessment programmes and clients. You will be highly professional in your dealings with colleagues and clients, with excellent attention to detail and good IT skills.
