CAE hosted a FREE webinar featuring members of the Symbiotics team detailing what the pilot aptitude tests are, what you can expect when taking them and how to prepare for them to allow you to perform at the best of your ability during the assessments.

Take the time to prepare properly, allow yourself time set aside to ready yourself, this could include trying practice tests to reduce anxiety.
On the day ensure that you have a strong internet connection and avoid the use of tablets or phones.
Make sure your computer meets the system requirements.
Choose a quiet place where you won't be interrupted, check you have everything you need and can complete the test(s) in one go.
If you have any questions be sure to ask CAE prior to starting the assessment.
The tests are not designed to trick you. Answer all questions as openly and honestly as possible.

Each bundle gives you access to the ADAPT assessments below and up to 3 months in which to use all your test attempts. A computer or tablet is required to complete each practice test.
Personality Questionnaire – this test provides an insight to your personality and is valid for 24 months. Personality is relatively stable and would not change within the 3 months' usage of our tests so is only accessible to take once.
Knowledge tests – these tests provide a report of your knowledge strengths and weaknesses using a fixed set of practice questions. This means each time you take the test, you will be presented with the same question paper. You have three months to take the tests so plenty of time for revision in between test attempts. This will allow you to focus your efforts on any weaker areas, refining your ability each time.
Dexterity tests – these tests measure your physical and mental skills and provide an environment to practice and refine your performance, therefore each test can be repeated up to 14 times within the 3 month access period.
