Pilot aptitude tests are a form of psychometric testing that provides an insight into your suitability for a position as a pilot by assessing the core pilot competencies set out by ICAO, in addition to any other key areas defined by an airline.

Personality Questionnaire – this assessment provides an insight into your personality and is valid for 24 months. Personality is relatively stable and would not change within the 3 months' usage of our tests so is only accessible to take once.
Knowledge tests (Cognitive Reasoning and Aviation Knowledge) – these tests provide a report of your knowledge strengths and weaknesses using a fixed set of practice questions; therefore each test can be repeated up to 4 times.
Dexterity tests (FAST) – this tests measure your physical and mental skills and provide an environment to practice and refine your performance, therefore each test can be repeated up to 14 times.

Once you have completed the secure online payment through Worldpay or Paypal, you will get instant access to your licence codes on the confirmation page.
The licence codes will remain valid for 3 months and you will get one attempt at each assessment. On the completion of the ADAPT Personality assessment you will be contacted by our team to schedule your feedback call and on the completion of that call you will be issued with your detailed report. All other assessments result in an immediate report detailing how you have done.
It may be that you want to take a Practice Aviation Interview complete with feedback session to be as prepared as possible.
